OC’s only outdoor Ice Rink (www.skatespectrum.com) is open in Giant Wheel Court at Irvine Spectrum Center through February 20! After you’ve worked up an appetite, be sure to sample the flavors of our newest restaurants that join the more than 40 unique dining options already available.

The beautiful, California-inspired Italian CUCINA enoteca is now serving Ricotta Gnudi, Stuffed Squash Blossoms, Short Rib Pappardelle and specialty pizzas in an atmosphere of casual elegance. The restaurant also features an in house wine shop where guests can purchase hand-selected wines to enjoy with their meal or take to go.

Paul Martin’s American Grill has a menu that encourages sharing and sampling, with an assortment of small plates like the butcher’s board of artisan salumes and local cheeses, mesquite grilled Castroville artichoke and a seafood platter. Located near the Fortune Valet, Paul Martin’s dishes such as lamb meatballs and house-smoked fresh salmon are made with organic produce, seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range and natural meats and poultry.

Sample more than 100 different types of dim sum at Capital Dim Sum – Seafood – Bar located near Nordstrom. Or stop by for dinner and feast upon the House Special Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, Honey-Glazed Walnut Shrimp or Peking Duck.
