Hailed as one of O.C.’s best burgers by food critics and bloggers alike, G Burger wows with its lineup of eight burgers, all packing serious heft and flavor. All patties are 7-oz of 100% fresh Angus beef that’s never frozen and cooked to medium unless otherwise requested. The White Truffle Burger is easily the crowd favorite, with grilled Portobello mushrooms, roasted red bell peppers, Asiago cheese, garlic aioli and of course, white truffle oil. Want it spicy? Go for the G-Fire, adequately named for the mix of roasted pasilla and red bell peppers, green chili peppers, crushed serranos and the icing on the bun – a spicy aioli. For the extra hungry, there’s the monster G Burger, a two-pound, two-patty number that commands a $15 price tag. Other burgers are $5 to $9.
