Fusion Favorite KoJa Kitchen Comes to Orange County
Jul 13, 2018
KoJa Kitchen is now open at The Market Place and is serving up their famous and unique fusion KoJa gourmet burgers.
From the get-go, KoJa Kitchen took the San Francisco foodie scene by storm with their signature and innovative creations. Starting off as a food truck, they opened for business in 2011 and the rest is history.
Short for Korean-Japanese, KoJa was born from the desire to reinvent the way Korean and Japanese foods are traditionally prepared and served, combining the best of both worlds.
“KoJa” is also the name given to their special gourmet burgers, each with their own unique recipe. The signature creation is a burger made with garlic-flavored rice buns and meats seasoned with KoJa Kitchen’s unique sauce No. 96TM.
