Now Open: Honey & Butter at Irvine Spectrum Center

Honey & Butter, a creative and unique macaron shop serving up a modern-day spin on the elegant dessert, is now open at its first brick-and-mortar location at Irvine Spectrum Center.

Featuring bright-colored macaron shells made with almonds from California and homemade fillings, these macarons aren’t your ordinary pastry.

The intricately detailed creatures vary daily and span a variety of themes, from pandas and underwater sea creatures to delectable homages to characters from popular culture including Harry Potter, Star Wars and Pokemon.

Honey & Butter is located at 633 Spectrum Center Drive, next to the Old Navy store. Prices for regular macarons are $2, and $2.50 and up for cartoon macarons. Honey & Butter also welcomes custom orders.
