Now Open: Stacks Pancake House at Walnut Village Center
Known for their island-style breakfasts and lunches, Stacks Pancake House is now open at Walnut Village Center in Irvine.
Offering an expansive menu of Hawaiian-inspired dishes, Stacks features more than 11 types of pancakes, including Blueberry Ricotta, Orange Marmalade Coconut, Snickers, Rocky Road and Red Velvet.
Other signature staples include Captain Mac Nut French Toast – slices of King’s Hawaiian bread dipped in batter and crusted in crispy Cap’N Crunch cereal and macadamia nuts; Kalua Pork Benedict, and Loco Moco – the Aloha State’s famous comfort food dish of rice topped with a hamburger patty, fried egg and gravy.
For lunch, diners can find a blend of Asian fusion fare and American favorites, from Chicken Katsu Salad and Chicken Teriyaki to Turkey Avocado Melts and burgers. Lunch specials consist of Pineapple Chicken, Hawaiian Chopped Steak, Yakisoba Chicken and Bo Luc Lac, the Vietnamese-French-style filet mignon.
