Cocktails with a Healthy Twist at Babette’s

Good-for-you cocktails? Why not? Babette’s at Crystal Cove Shopping Center just introduced its new bar menu of craft cocktails infusing with a selection of raw, cold-pressed juices.  In addition to offering a variety of juices that are cold-pressed in-house for takeaway or dining in, Babette’s bar program will be among the first in the region to present a menu of cocktails featuring fresh, organic pressed juices.

We are huge fans of the 24 Karats: vibrant carrot juice mixed with ginger, lime and vodka — the ginger adds a terrific zing to the natural sweetness of the carrot. Other grown-up juice cocktails include The Green Machine, with kale, celery, lime, cucumber and vodka; Pineapple Express, with pineapple, cilantro, lime and rum and for something with a little extra kick, get the Just Beet It, with beet, lime, serrano pepper, tequila and mezcal.

Babette’s is located at Crystal Cove Shopping Center at 7962 E.
