Eureka! at University Center is falling into the holidays with two new specialty items. To celebrate the new autumn season, the all-American restaurant is spreading the holiday spirit with a fun twist on Thanksgiving classics.
The Fried Chicken Sliders have our name written all over them. Layered with herbed mashed potatoes, lightly fried chicken, confetti slaw, and spicy reaper sauce, the sliders reinvent the classic Thanksgiving menu into two delicious bite-size burgers. The sliders will grace the Eureka! menu though the end of the year.
To complement this perfect fall bite, Eureka! has also added a new seasonal cocktail: Scarves and Yoga Pants. Featuring Rittenhouse rye whiskey, pumpkin spice simple syrup, heavy cream, egg whites, lemon and orange juice, this cocktail gives guests another reason to say thanks. This delightful whiskey number is available now through November 30.
