Sneak Peek: Provenance Fall Menu

Sneak Peek: Provenance Fall Menu

With autumn just around the corner (even though the weather doesn’t feel like it quite yet), we are falling in love with Chef Cathy Pavlos’ Provenance fall menu.

Enjoy seasonal Napa Valley inspired cuisine with produce like Brussels sprouts, carrots, yams, apples and pears, alongside heartier meats such as boneless short ribs, pork tenderloin and duck breast.

Here’s a preview of a few of our favorite features:

On the Provenance fall menu: Pumpkin Pie Spiced Winter Squash, Butternut Squash and Crispy Artichoke Platter

At Provenance, the Pumpkin Pie Spiced Winter Squash, Butternut Squash and Crispy Artichoke Platter, made with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fried Cage Free Egg, Roasted Shallots, Arugula, Torched Rosemary, Pepitas and Chipotle-Maple Oil is a comforting and robust dish.

Bacon Churros at Provenance

Chef Cathy is debuting a new dessert with sweet and smoky notes, Bacon Churros. The new dish incorporates warm churros with home made candied bacon, caramel, maple syrup, balsamic reduction, and pecan ice cream.

Provenance is located in Eastbluff Village Center. To view menus and to make reservations, visit provenanceoc.com or call the restaurant at (949)-718-0477.
