What’s for Lunch: Pizza:90
Jun 17, 2015
If you weren’t craving pizza for lunch, you will be now! Ready in just 90 seconds, Pizza:90 at Alton Square in Irvine serves up customizable Napoletana-style pies, bringing the flavors of Italy to Irvine.
Cooked in a 900-degree wood-fire oven by highly trained “pizzaiolos,” watch your pizza come to life from start to finish, right in front of you.
Order your own or share a few pies! Here are a few of our favorite menu items:
Keep it light and fresh with the Market Salad comprised of a baby spring mix, sweet pears, crisp apples, Gorgonzola, toasted walnuts and drizzled with honey champagne vinaigrette (SM $4.50/ LG $7.50).
Save room for dessert because you don’t want to miss the Nutella Calzone. The same handmade dough used for pizzas is stuffed with the decadent chocolate hazelnut spread and folded in half before a quick cook in the pizza oven ($6.75).
Pizza:90 is located at Alton Square in Irvine next to Pick up Stix. Starting now through Labor Day, Pizza:90 will be offering buy one, get one free pizzas valid Thursday to Saturday from 9 p.m. to midnight as part of the Alton Square Late Night Eats promotion.
