Piadina offers grilled-to-order sandwiches on thin flatbread wrapped around a variety of fillings, such as cheese and prosciutto. Your order starts with a fresh round ball of dough that gets pressed to order and then griddled to a golden crisp before it gets stuffed with any number of meats, cheeses or vegetables. Choose from a selection of 10 signature sandwiches or create your own.

The Parma at Piadina

We’re partial to the #1, the PARMA, with razor-thin slices of prosciutto, melted mozzarella, fresh mushrooms, arugula and tomato.

The California at Piadina

The #8, or California Piadina, is another great pick, with shaved roasted chicken, mozzarella, arugula, tomato, avocado and basil pesto.

There are even options for your little bambini and freshly-made gelato to cool you off on the hot summer days.
