Sushi lovers, your wait is over: Sushi Roku‘s very first O.C. outpost is now open at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA! With locations in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Scottsdale, Sushi Roku has long been hailed as a pioneer of the contemporary Japanese sushi experience.
Expect a gorgeous setting as soon as you walk in. Sushi Roku Fashion Island boasts an expansive space, with the centerpiece being a wraparound sushi bar with a cool knife-edge lit ceiling. There’s also a bar and lounge, plus patio dining. The 5,100-square-foot restaurant also features custom chandeliers and lighting, with porcelain wood grain floors, warm teak wood throughout and a dramatic, hand-painted 20-foot Japanese glass screen of cherry blossoms set against gold. The elegant atmosphere makes it perfect for a night out. The only thing sexier? The food, of course.
For all you nearby office bees, Sushi Roku has a terrific Happy Hour menu: $3 to $6 bites, including edamame with truffle butter, seared Albacore sashimi with crispy onions, and pork kakuni sliders, all of which can be paired with a fine selection of $3 beers and $4 to $7 cocktails and wines.
Sushi Roku is located near Macy’s.
