Two of O.C.’s hottest food trucks have joined forces to open their first brick & mortar location: find all of your favorites from The Burnt Truck and Dogzilla in adorable, miniature form. That means gourmet sliders like the Fried Cheese, with fried mozzarella, basil aioli and tomato jam, along with the super popular Fried Chicken slider with buttermilk fried chicken, garlic potato spread and country gravy. On the ‘zilla side, there’s delightful mini-fusion Japanese hotdogs like the Dogzilla, with an all-beef frank, avocado, grilled onions, Japanese mayo, teriyaki, furikake (sesame seed seasoning), and bacon or the Bratzilla, with smoked bratwurst, whole grain mustard aioli, riesling braised cabbage and chives.
In addition to craveable sliders and ‘zillas, find mini-Sourdough bread bowls with spicy chili or clam chowder. For tasty sides you won’t want to share, try any of the loaded tater tots or french fries that can be decked out with anything from fried garlic to fried chicken bacon to carne asada!
For dessert, there’s scratch-made mini ice cream cookies like the Vanilla Wafer with Cap’N Crunch ice cream or the Chocolate Chip cookie with Cocoa Pebbles ice cream. Did we mention pretty much everything on the menu is under $5? The one exception is the “Golden Combo” of 2 sliders or ‘zillas, 1 plain side + a soda for $9.
