For lunch, don’t miss the Melone & Burrata ($16): crisp cantaloupe encircles silky burrata with kumato tomato, radicchio, micro-arugula and a basil olive oil emulsion. It’s a refreshing appetizer that’s a meal in of itself. If you’re hungrier, go for the White Sea Bass ($25): a tender fish filet marinated with lemon thyme, carrot, asparagus, celery root puree, heirloom potato and a mascarpone harissa olive oil emulsion.
Finish on a sweet note with a Dessert Crostini: crisp shortbread cookies topped with Harry’s Barries farm strawberries, mascarpone balsamic and micro-basil.
