We love everything at Chef Cathy Pavlos’s newest culinary gem, but the charcuterie board at Provenance in Newport Beach is outstandingly good. Housemade pickles, mustards and delicate salumi from Fra’mani are all fantastic, but the stars of the board are clearly the housemade potted rillettes and pate. You’ll want to scrape every last savory morsel onto your crostini to enjoy.
