Modern Romance at Fashion Island Turns 21

Modern Romance is celebrating a very special anniversary this month – 21 years as a favorite womenswear boutique at Fashion Island!

Modern Romance at Fashion IslandTo fete its 21st birthday, Modern Romance will be offering special in-store promotions and giveaways on Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16. That weekend only, customers will receive 21 percent off one item in the store!

As part of the celebration, the boutique will also launch its new line Stevie Sister, a capsule collection of romantic bohemian women’s apparel.

Back then, Theresa stocked her boutique with clothing and accessories from brands like Alexander Brown, Marika Nakk and TT Mar – pieces that were vintage-inspired, with floral prints and a soft, feminine feel.

1507312-228Over the years, Modern Romance has carried hundreds of premium California-casual brands from Splendid to Michael Stars.
