Scoops N Scoops is the latest liquid nitrogen ice cream shop to arrive in Orange County. Now open in its first location at Walnut Village Center in Irvine, this modern ice creamery serves made-to-order, liquid nitrogen ice cream and frozen yogurt with customizable flavors, mix-ins and toppings.
Created with nothing but the freshest ingredients, Scoops N Scoops offers a selection of more than 30 flavors, including avocado, cookie butter, fresh strawberry, matcha green tea, pistachio and more. Mix-in or top your custom creation with a variety of cookies, candies, nuts, fresh fruit and sweet drizzles. You can even try your scoops in a waffle cone, chocolate candy shell bowl or stuffed in a macaron.

Freshly spun cotton candy makes for a unique and ultra cool topping for ice cream.
The Salted Caramel Pretzel N Warm Cookie is a must-try. Decadent caramel ice cream is folded with crunchy pretzels and fresh sea salt, then drizzled with rich caramel sauce and scooped atop a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. Perfect for sharing!

So what’s the secret to Scoops N Scoops ice cream technique? Rapid freezing of the ice cream mixture using liquid nitrogen at -321 degrees Fahrenheit, which results in a creamy consistency with no ice crystals for the richest, smoothest ice cream you’ll ever have.
